"We are going to hold the staff briefing on 16th September, 2007 in City University. We would like to invite all the volunteers to attend the briefing. A form is attached and please fills it out, as we need those information for emergency and for our preparations. Please kindly reply the information sheet to us before 9th September, 2007.
