It's a blessing that she still has a friend like you who can accompany her during this difficult time in her life and may be towards the end of her life journey as well.

What do you and Mr. Ho have in mind for next year's vacation?
We're not sure yet.
We'll be going to a resort in Mexico for a few days in Sept. (Company event thingy)
