May 2 morning I will go to Aberdeen for field check for the 1st outing, so if there were any group leader available, please join and discuss the plan.

這是當日大概：
1) 保XX --> 北潭凹
2) 北潭凹 -->  牛湖敦 (約20分鐘，全隊行進)
3) 牛湖敦營地：練習及遊戲 :
    A)地圖/指南針重温 (15mins)
    B1) 圖例對對碰  B2) 前進方向練習 (分2组進行)  (30mins)
    C) 地圖繪製 (30mins)
4) 地圖/實體對比 (45mins) 分小组進行，4-5組，各由一位工作人員帶領，可自由在附近練習
5) 午膳 --> 暫定要開火煮的!
6) 牛湖敦 --> 高塘 : 分小组進行，4-5組，各由一位工作人員帶領，需由學員帶領。主要為製訂路線、 "前進方位" ，沿路線地貌特徵之觀察。

請各位帶備西貢(1:20000/8 號)地圖、指南針。請留言如能帶地圖的，以便安排。

人手分配日內再列出來。

以下為今早收到保XX葉姑娘之資料。若確定有旅遊巴直入北潭凹，則集合時間可推遲至0830。若未能及時安排的話，則保持0800集合。

時間 : 8:45 - 17:00
地點 : 北潭凹 - 牛湖墩 - 高塘
義工人數 : ?

8:45 保XX集合
9:00 乘旅遊巴出發
10:15 到達北潭凹, 步行往牛湖墩
10:45 於牛湖墩進行遊戲及訓練  
      A) 遊戲：1. 圖例對對碰  2. 前進方位練習  3. 自製地圖
      B)地圖及指南針運用練習
12:45 午餐
13:45 按地圖遠足至高塘
15:45 乘旅遊巴回局
17:00 到局及解散

1. 因進入北潭涌關閘要本局申請許可證, 如申請不獲接納, 便要乘公共交通工具.
2. 請各義工自備乾糧, 本人會安排兒童之食物.
3. 本人亦會安排每人一個指南針及雨衣.
4. 兒童帶水, 筆及尺.
5. 兒童穿制服或帽.
6. 本局指引,如當天3號風球或以上, 黃雨或以上, 所有戶外活動取消.  因當天是行山活動, 故我們需更加留意天氣是否適合行山.

Dear Pals,

I'm too busy recently, not able to update on time. Here r some points:
1) Just rcvd message from PLK Ms. Ip that they already arrange a coach & applied for the entry permit. So the assembling time can be later, pls arrive PLK at 0830.
2) Since I need to prepare for one of the game, so I wont go to PLK, pls report to Grace while arrival of PLK.
3) Will put the kids into 4 groups, and each group need to 2 helpers.
   Grace : pls help to divide the kids into 4 groups. Group helpers will be as follow : 瓊姑+葉社榮，華珠+Chung Tse，柯姐+Tim生，阿育+Raymond. Remain helpers will assist for the 2 coming practices.
4) both maps for kids & helpers will pass to Vera or Grace tomorrow.
5) Practice 1 : 圖例對對碰 --> Grace, Vera,  大朱，鄭燕珍 (will also pass the pictures to Grace  or Vera tomorrow.
   Practice 2. 前進方位練習--> 周振邦, Rocky, Ah Chi + group helpers
6) The route will be changed to a shorter one, will post a map to show the new route tomorrow.
7) The last practice 自製地圖will only performed if we had enough time.

Please bring your own lunch, weather gear, compass etc.

The route is short, but slightly rough, especially for the kids. Please take care of  the kids during treking!
